Big Pine Cabins is dedicated to providing a delightful and personalized experience for each guest. In the event that your travel plans need to be adjusted, we kindly ask that you inform us promptly. Cabins are self check in and self check out please follow all our cabin guid if for any question you may have or call the offices for help.
Rates and policies are effective as of 02-10-2022 and are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that the rates do not include Arizona State Transient Lodging Taxes.
- Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 6 days of check-in are non-refundable.
We understand unexpected circumstances can arise, and we may be able to reschedule your stay for a later date to help avoid cancellation fees. We strive to accommodate our guests on an individual basis whenever possible.
- Rates are based on 1-2 person occupancy for small cabins 1 & 2 (maximum 4 people)
- 1-4 person occupancy for cabins 3 (maximum 6).
-4- 8 person occupancy for cabin 4 (maximum 13)
An additional charge of $10 per person per night applies for each occupant beyond the indicated maximum.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later.
- Check-out time is by 11:00 AM the following day.
Pets are welcome but must be housebroken and supervised at all times. All dogs need to be on a leash when outside. Any damages caused by pets or guests will incur charges. —
- There will be a $30 pet fee added per stay for up to 2 pets.
-No more than 2 pets allowed per stay in cabins 1 & 2.
-No more than 4 pets allowed per stay in cabins 3 & 4.
- All cabins are designated as non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided on the decks for guests who smoke outdoors.
-Do not throw cigarettes bud outside.
-All RVs need to be parked on the back of the cabins, away from all the cabins parking.
-Please keep noise to minimum after 10pm
- Make sure to check fire restrictions before starting any fires. Add water to ashes after putting off the fire.
